To ensure your event is tailored to your specific needs and costed transparently, you can opt to include a dedicated EVENT LIAISON from Pendragon Project as part of your booking. Your EVENT LIAISON will communicate your needs to partners and book services on your behalf, saving you time and uncertainty. They’ll be available throughout the planning process and during the event itself, enabling you to relax and enjoy the experience.

  • Yes. Our catering partners can accommodate a variety of dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, and allergen-sensitive menus. Just let us know your team’s needs in advance.

  • We offer private transport solutions as part of your event package. This includes coach hire, taxis, shuttle services, or luxury travel—whatever fits your requirements best.

  • Yes. We can arrange overnight stays for your team as part of your package, with options ranging from boutique hotels to country estates, depending on your preference and location.

  • The Event Liaison service is charged at 15% of the overall event cost. This covers full planning support, supplier coordination, and on-the-day management—ensuring every aspect of your event runs smoothly without the stress of handling it yourself.
